SELF CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
inBliss Host is a visitor management system that handles guest management both in locations where there is no lobby staff and also with the help of lobby staff in more congested locations. The self-registration point/points keep the lobby tidy without creating queues. Self-registration is also suitable for guests and groups of visitors who visit the property frequently.
The visitor registers by typing in the inBliss Info Center or on the 10” or 32” self-check-in display, depending on the destination, the pin code received via text message, or alternatively by searching for their own name in the visitor list. At the same time, for example, recording the vehicle's registration number and printing the visitor's card can be handled.
The visitor receives a text message that is customized for the property, department or company. The message can, for example, welcome the visitor, guide them to the right place or instruct them to wait in the lobby for the inviter.
Logging out is just as easy from the inBliss Display in the lobby.
