4. For what purpose is your personal data used?
Your personal data is used to create a user in the inBliss system, to maintain customer relations, to manage the visit and, if necessary, to identify, track and bill space reservations.
5. Will your personal data be transferred to third parties?
We do not hand over your personal data to outsiders. External service providers ordered by the company may process your personal data when performing the service ordered by us. They have the right to process your personal data on our behalf only in connection with the service ordered by us.
6. Where is your personal data stored?
Your personal data is stored only in Finland, i.e. in the EU area.
7. How long is your data kept and who can see your data?
We keep your personal data for as long as it is necessary to keep it for the purpose for which your personal data was collected.

Your data is stored in the inBliss system. The system is protected with personal user IDs and passwords, and only users added to the system, named employees of our company and possible external service providers can access it when they perform the services we have ordered.

Users marked as company employees have the opportunity to see only the user data of their company's users. It is possible for the local maintenance of system accounts to see the user data of every user registered to the same account.
8. Your right
As a user of the inBliss system, you have certain legal rights towards our company. The following is a summary of these rights.
The right to see or receive an extract from the register where your data is stored. You have the right to know whether our Company has your personal data. If our Company has information about you, you have the right to know what information our Company has about you, for what purpose we use it, to which external parties we can transfer your personal information, and how long your information is stored.
The right to receive your information in portable form. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data you have provided to our company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to ask our company to transfer your personal data to another party. The right to transfer applies to personal data that is processed automatically, and the use of which is based on your consent or an agreement to which you are a party.
The right to correct incorrect information. You have the right to demand that our company correct your incorrect or incomplete personal data. We also correct incorrect information ourselves, if we notice them.
The right to delete certain information. You have the right to demand that our company delete your personal data in certain cases, for example if the retention of personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
The right not to accept the use of your personal data. In certain cases, you have the right not to approve the use of your personal data in the inBliss system.
The right to restrict the use of your personal data. You have the right to demand that our company limit the use of your personal data in certain cases. For example, if you have questioned the correctness of your personal data, you can demand that the use of your personal data be restricted until we find out and verify the correctness of your data.
Right to appeal. If you want to complain about the processing of your personal data at inBliss Oy, you have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authorities.
