Presence sensors and available/occupied LED indicators complement the IoT sensor system, optimizing space utilization.

All functions operate as a unified system in the cloud, managed through a web interface, displays, and applications.

Ilmarinen

All 12 elevators at Ilmarinen’s headquarters feature full-wall integrated inBliss elevator displays. The inBliss Frame covering the technology is made from the same material as the elevator interior, with a safety glass protecting the display.

The content includes immersive imagery on full screens and ad and info playlists in elevators with windows.

Barona

The comprehensive inBliss system, integrated with access control and automatic doors, enhances security and streamlines visitor management. Email integration automates the delivery of arrival instructions and access rights to visitors.

The facilities used by the Helsinki City Executive Office include some of Finland’s most significant historical properties.

With the inBliss Smart Office system, over 200 bookable spaces across 12 properties are efficiently managed. The diverse user base includes top political leadership. In addition to core features, the system is customized to meet the specific needs of the city.

The presentation environment includes inBliss Frame-enclosed lobby displays, wall-mounted dual screens, as well as door-side and meeting room displays.

The comprehensive inBliss Smart system integrates visitor management, room and catering bookings, a mobile application, and email integration. All functions operate in the cloud and can be managed from a single web interface, displays, or the mobile app.

Tamro

In Tamro’s Finnish properties, the inBliss booking system and visitor management enhance operational efficiency. Door-side displays, dashboard screens, and info centers make the system intuitive to use and improve communication.

Neste

As a presentation environment, the inBliss Frame-98” display, which was the first in Europe to be installed with added 10” selection panel for changing content, as well as detachable tablets at the lobby counter for visitors.

As system we brought the inBliss Digital Signage content management system as well as the inBliss landscape film package. We also produced a custom safety-film for all guests to watch when entering the building, either from the large screen or from the separate tablets.

SRV

The presentation environment includes a wall-mounted inBliss Framed-double screen and a free-standing three-screen customized marketing solution, including an elevator simulator for the pre-sale of high-rise buildings such as REDI tower buildings.

The system is the inBliss Cloud service and browser user interface, the inBliss Digital Signage content management system, guidance and integration with Siemens building technology, which displays e.g. consumption of renewable energy sources.

Business Park solutions

The inBliss Smart Office software is already in more than half of the Business Parks in the Helsinki metropolitan area and covers all the needs of a smart office property related to the management, guidance and occupancy monitoring of visits, facilities and other resources.

inBliss Display Solutions and all of the AV technology is selected for interior design from its own collections for lobbies, elevators, restaurants, meeting rooms, auditoriums and outdoor spaces.

In many locations, tenants also choose inBliss solutions for their own premises.

We Land, NCC

NCC chose the comprehensive inBliss Smart Office system with Space Reservation and Visitor Management and the customized We Land mobile application for its new We Land flagship destination located in Ruoholahti. Several system integrations by inBliss connect e.g. parking, door locking, gates and elevators automatically and seamlessly into the same operating environment. The restaurants' catering deliveries are managed with a versatile system that takes into account the different tenant companies, and the lobby staff gets information about the guest's individual reception experience with the mobile application. The five-star experience continues in luxurious facilities. inBliss has supplied the entire AV delivery to the lobbies, auditorium and conference floor. The content of large LED walls is managed with the inBliss DS management system.

Hartela entrusted inBliss with the entire Smart Office System and AV equipment deliveries for its new office building Ilmala Aura.

The inBliss Smart Office system enables flexible conversion of a large property and versatile services for thousands of international employees and visitors.

All reservations for facilities, catering and other services are managed with the inBliss Reservation System and inBliss doorside displays.

The lobby staff manages visits with inBliss Visitor System, and guests register themselves using inBliss registration device if they wish. Space utilization is analyzed by inBliss analytics tool.

inBliss solutions for restaurants provide tailored displays and systems that complement the restaurant’s interior design and ambiance. Developed in collaboration with restaurant industry professionals, the system features an easy-to-use cloud service and web-based interface.

Staff can effortlessly manage menus, catering packages, dietary information, and pricing from anywhere. Additionally, in headquarters and business parks, customers can order catering directly through the inBliss system alongside their bookings.

Dashboard views and automated messages simplify staff workflows, while integrations with external sources enable automatic menu updates. Reporting delivers all the necessary information for billing purposes.

Lunch restaurants on Mechelininkatu and Kalasatama. The presentation environment is a free-standing info display, tablets with inBliss casing in the food lines, and cash register and counter displays.

Elevator displays

inBliss is an experienced provider of high-quality elevator display solutions. Offering a versatile selection of complete solutions for both new and refurbished elevators, inBliss is the only certified display solutions provider for KONE.

Every inBliss Elevator Display Solution includes:

• inBliss System: A cloud service, web-based interface, and the inBliss DS content management system featuring all well-known content templates.

• inBliss Display Environment: A 10″ to 86″ screen, a metal casing in a custom color or full-wall safety glass, along with mounting and installation.

Ilmarinen Headquarters

All 12 elevators at Ilmarinen Pension Insurance Company's headquarters have wall integrated inBliss elevator screens. The inBliss Frame, which covers the technology, is made of the same material as the interior of the elevator and the screen is protected by safety glass.

The content is full-screen, and the windowed spaces feature exciting images, ads and playlists.

Kalasataman Kampus

As part of the comprehensive delivery for the Kalasatama Campus, we installed two OLED displays in each elevator and covered them with a glass wall, creating the appearance of a fully digital elevator wall.

Scandic Hotels

Scandic Hotels turned to inBliss when they wanted to bring customer communication into their elevators.

We have delivered multiple displays to Scandic, all managed through a single centralized interface

SRV Redi Living Lab

SRV's REDI's pre-marketing target, in which the inBliss system was integrated into the elevator logic.

The movement of the elevator is slowed down, and when you are going up, the large screen shows animation of you are going the top floor when in reality you only go to second floor. Same opposite animation is shown when you go down from the second floor to the first floor.

In addition to the elevator screens, inBliss carried out the entire extensive AV and system delivery of the site.

Shopping centers, museums, libraries, showrooms...

inBliss is renowned for its stylish solutions in various public spaces, where exceptional quality and visual appeal are essential in both design and content.

Museums

In the Finnish artists' exhibition at the Ateneum, the challenge was a small and dark space through which all visitors walked. inBliss implemented a technically challenging ceiling solution for the space, in which, with the system integration of several background projectors, inBliss content films filmed from below were shown in a curved ceiling structure. The content is always managed with the inBliss DS system. The solution brought wonderful light to the space and was a spectacular piece of spatial art.

Sports centers

In the renovation of the Olympic Stadium, the old original elevator going to the tower also needed modernization.inBliss implemented a ceiling speaker and audio software integrated into the logic of the elevator.

inBliss solutions for apartment buildings provide information and guidance through stylish display solutions and mobile applications, already serving thousands of homes. Content can include floor directories, availability of shared facilities, urgent messages, maintenance updates, and a communication channel for residents.

Displays are available in customizable sizes, with standard options of 43″ and 50″. The color of the inBliss casing can be freely selected. Information on the displays and the inBliss App is fully synchronized.

Visitor Management even in more congested lobbies

Customer: Tripla Workery West

inBliss Visitor Management software solves visitor management in lobbies in an elegant, user-friendly and cost-effective way.

Workery is a modern work environment in Tripla, Pasila. The office towers Workery East and West use the modern inBliss software.

Our client's Triplan Workery West is a busy multi-company office building, where training events are also organized. They wanted to find the best possible solution for congestion in the lobby, and after surveying the industry, they chose inBliss Visitor Management. The lobby's first impression remains clean, and guest self-registration and guidance are automated in a modern and user-friendly way.

Self Check-in and guidance

We solved the problem of a congested lobby by installing a stylish 32" foot-mounted screen in the lobby, with which visitors can easily register themselves and receive a printed visitor card at the same time. Stylish elevator screens were installed to guide guests to the correct rooms.

Communication and guidance in the property

In addition to guest management, inBliss has solved all of Workery West's digital guidance and improved the property's internal communication with the inBliss Info Center and Info screens, the content of which is controlled by the inBliss Digital Signage info display system.

As a solution for guiding the guests of the Kalasatama Campus, text message guidance was added to the inBliss Host system. The visitor receives information about the appointment on his phone when this has been arranged. Before the meeting, he will receive a reminder message and a pin code with which he can self-register at the inBliss Info Center in the lobby. When registering, the visitor receives a personalized Welcome text message with clear directions to the desired office, auditorium, neukkari or other Kalasatama Campus space. The inviter will also receive a notification of the visitor's arrival on their phone and this phone number as a link.
