inBliss is also integrated into smart elevator operations. With the latest inBliss x KONE Access 500 integration, arriving visitors receive a QR code with their invitation via the inBliss system, allowing automatic entry through security gates and direct travel to the correct floor.

The mobile key integration uses NFC technology, allowing a phone to function as a key. Alternatively, another iLOQ-inBliss integration enables visitors to receive a PIN code with their booking confirmation via the inBliss system or mobile app. This PIN code grants access to iLOQ-secured spaces during a specified time period. Invitations are fully customized to match each company’s visitor management policies.

inBliss - Outlook and Google integrations
The inBliss-Outlook and inBliss-Google integrations streamline a wide range of processes, from automating check-in to managing entire booking and visitor workflows.
For example, the inBliss-Outlook integration enables a seamless booking experience directly through an inBliss interface in the calendar. Users can make single or recurring reservations and add available services to their bookings. Booking details are automatically synchronized with the user’s personal bookings, door-side displays, and lobby screens.
Customized invitations are sent automatically to meeting participants via email or SMS. These include a welcome message with arrival instructions and a code for check-in at the inBliss visitor terminal, elevator access, and unlocking the meeting room during the reservation period.
In the background, visitor details and schedules are stored in the inBliss system to enhance security and audits. Catering details are saved for billing reports, and space reservations are logged into inBliss Analytics for space utilization tracking and optimization, supporting property development efforts
