DNA-owned MECLU in Ruoholahti is a spectacular and inspiring 6-storey office building. We wanted to modernize the functions of our old client, and at the same time increase the user-friendliness and brand value of the property inBliss with inBliss Hardware and Software reforms.

 

We wanted to facilitate the arrival of guests to the property and to modernize the reservation of the premises. At the same time, we wanted to make communication within the property as simple and real-time as possible. 

 

Thanks to our own system development team, the previously acquired system can be updated years later and guarantee a long life cycle and functions that are still present for the solutions.

Our goal is to help you utilize the real estate's full potential. The domestic in-house-developed inBliss system manages space reservations, visitor management and screen content management - as versatile and user-friendly as it gets. High-quality and stylish equipment solutions from internationally known suppliers are guaranteed for years.

4 solutions for the property's renewed needs

1. Automation of self-registration

 

Many companies wanted to make managing the guests of the Business Park even more effortless, and as a solution, a stylish footed 32" self-registration display with a visitor card printer (See similar solution in the lobby of Tripla Workery West). The solution saves the resources of the lobby staff, keeps the lobby clean without congestion and acts as an elegant element when the visitor arrives in the building. The analytics of visitor check-in can now also be obtained automatically.

2. Space reservations on the go with the new door mirror screens - and the Mobile App

 

The inBliss Door side Displays of the property were renewed. Ad hoc was added as a new feature to touchscreens. In the timeline, space can be booked for the desired time from the flight. And termination and cancellation of reservations work just as smartly. Automation makes everything a little easier, and that's what we want from inBliss solutions. Ad hoc reservations are updated directly in the calendar, inBliss Mobile Apps and inBliss Info and Lobby screens.

 

The screens were encased with inBliss Frame® framing, which represents Finnish design and extends the screen's lifespan, reducing the property's costs and carbon footprint.

3. With Info Tab, you convey the message inside the property and to remote workers more easily than ever before

 

MECLU's lobbyist expressed a wish, which we responded to by developing the inBliss Info Tab. The hope was that even the simplest announcements could be distributed in the blink of an eye, and deleted when the information becomes old or by scheduling automatically - such as an announcement about an elevator malfunction and an alternative route or about snow plowing.

 

Info Tab can be implemented as such or as part of the inBliss overall solution. In MECLU, the function was implemented for the previously installed inBliss screens as well as for the new application to also reach all home office users.

4. The App enables effective communication during hybrid working and increases the property's brand value 


inBliss Business App is an application that nimbly replaces many heavy systems as well as sticky notes taped to the walls. It makes communication effortless and real-time for every user of the property. The App especially benefits employees both in the office and at home, tenant companies, restaurants and other service providers, maintenance companies and property management. The Real Estate App is tailored to fit the target's brand, and thus also functions as a stylish digital property business card.
