The inBliss Service Help Desk takes support requests via email or phone. The same contact also serves as telephone support for users on all matter related to the system.
Proactive remote management
inBliss Maintenance is modern and proactive. It is based on cloud service and remote management of equipment. Any slowdowns or problems can usually be corrected before they can be detected, as well as outside office hours. Faults that cannot be resolved remotely are handled by on-site service visits.
The service and maintenance agreement covers help desk support, upgrades, equipment cleaning, and replacement of damaged equipment under warranty.
